Meet Wada, Our founder

Growing up in Nigeria, Wada’s love for food began in childhood, surrounded by the boundless flavours and vibrant cuisines of African, Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. She fell in love with food, later creating a well-known brand of Kilishi in Nigeria, selling her tasty snacks throughout Africa and beyond.

Moving to the UK with her three children, Wada is on a mission to excite people with flavours inspired by her Nigerian heritage and culinary adventures with her delicious range of nuts, plantains and soon to follow her flagship product Kilishi!

Wada has strong Christian values and this flows through into her business practices. People are at the heart and soul of her business and Wada is passionate about uplifting, empowering and of course delighting everyone with her flavoursome snacks!
